Terms of use

Lumin is software for taking sales in a shop. You are responsible for prices, stock counts, tax, and money that actually changes hands at the counter.

You must keep Paystack and Hubtel accounts in your own name. Lumin does not hold your customers’ card numbers.

Staff logins are yours to give and take away. Disable a cashier the day they leave. Do not share the owner password.

The till may queue a sale when the network drops. Sync when you are back online before taking the same sale again.

We may suspend a shop that abuses the service or does not pay after a trial. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
